The whole roof covering had been identified as in need of replacement, this totalled approximately 3600m². Due to the scale of the project, it was necessary to complete works during term time with strict procedures and working practices put in place for the contractor. Coomber Associates, whilst overseeing the project, acted as a point of liaison for the client and contractor to ensure the project ran smoothly as part of our standard project management service.
As well as new roof coverings with a 20 year guarantee, insulation was upgraded to meet current regulations which assisted the trust in meeting their carbon footprint reduction plan and increase energy efficiency.
