Capital Funding
We have worked for Academy Trusts, VA & VC, Local Authority and Independant Schools.
We have secured in excess of £8m of funding for Academy Schools through the CIF bidding systems, with many bids undertaken free of charge if funding is not successful.
We are also able to secure Salix Funding for efficiency and PV generation projects and work with any type of school for these projects.
As well as sourcing funding, we undertake 5 - 10 year maintenance plans with costs to allow school to effectively manage their estates responsibly and financially. Through this planning, there are no hidden costs that constrained budgets have to react to.
